5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment if the patient cannot travel. Other fees are refunded proportionally based on cancellation time and circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BudgetCareTrips is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
